Moderator Area
We’re introducing an entirely new Moderator Area, designed as a central hub for managing your company’s knowledge. This streamlined space gives moderators a single point of access to all pending tasks and moderated content. Easily review and update verified or hidden items, and quickly act on feedback from Zive Search and Zive Assistant responses. The Moderator Area also includes our brand-new Synonym section, making it easier than ever to manage company-specific terminology.
Glossary & Synonyms
The Zive Assistant has always been powerful, and with the Tallinn release, we’re taking it a step further. The new Synonym feature lets moderators teach Zive Assistant to understand company-specific terms, abbreviations, and nicknames. This allows the assistant to deliver even more accurate and contextually relevant responses, ensuring your team gets precise answers tailored to your internal language.
With Synonyms, Zive Assistant becomes more intuitive, adapting to the unique way your company communicates.
